Stories is an independent cafe close to Roundhay Park in North Leeds and as well as having a modern and stylish interior they offer some of the best artisan coffee around. Whether you chose to sit inside or out, the guys are cyclist, child and dog friendly so you will always be treated with a warm welcome.
As well as the amazing coffees on the menu they also have some great breakfast items such as poached eggs on sourdough toast and if you are in need of a natural boost for the rest of your ride then the beetroot, carrot, apple and ginger cold pressed juice should work just fine. With regards to the menu, it’s not as extensive as other cafes may be, but then that’s not what Stories is about, however it’s worth noting that if you are vegan or gluten / dairy intolerant then there will be something on the menu for you.
It’s clear from the website that Stories really do take the time to source the best ingredients for their food and drinks and the majority of their suppliers which is good news for local businesses as well as us hungry cyclists!
